Tube Laser Cutting
ES3 are proud to be pioneers of tube laser cutting in New Zealand and have decades of experience with this technology.
Tube laser cutting replaces conventional sawing, drilling, and milling with much more cost-effective laser cutting. It enables poka-yoke interlocking tabs and self-locating joints which can dramatically accelerate welding/assembly and eliminate costly jigging.
CNC Sheet Metal Folding
We are equipped with advanced CNC press brakes and comprehensive offline simulation software to ensure accurate bends, tight tolerances, and collision-free forming.
Our LVD EasyForm press brake programming allows offline 3D bend simulations before profiles are cut. With an extensive range of specialised radius tooling, we handle both delicate architectural trims and heavy structural brackets.
Fabrication & Sub-Assembly
Full-service contract fabrication for one-off bespoke assemblies and high-volume repeatable production runs.
Our fabrication bay features manual and robot welding (MIG & TIG), drilling, tapping, countersinking, rivets, rivnuts, and clinch nuts. We can supply completed components or subassemblies directly into your supply chain.
Surface Finishing & Protective Coatings
Deliver long-lasting, weather-resistant, visually striking products ready for immediate end-use.
